1. MP3 streaming
MP3 streaming from the BlackBerry device is available in version 18.104.22.168, and requires BlackBerry OS 10.2.1 or higher.
2. How to select and group Zones
All zone management occurs through the Manage Zones screen. Simply swipe-down from the top bezel to show the Room Tunes application menu, then select the Zones icon.
3. Connection Problems
A small number of users have reported issues connecting to their Sonos components. So far this problem has been solved by resetting your wifi router and then reconnecting your BB10 phone to the wifi network.
If you are still experiencing problems connecting to your Sonos system, please follow the the steps outlined in the Connection Guide.
4. How to add new music services?
RoomTunes will list any music service that you have already setup on your Sonos system.
The latest version now also allows you to add new services and edit existing ones. You can add new services on the 'Music' tab, by pressing the '...' context menu and choosing 'Add Account'
5. Problem with Spotify?
If you receive the 'Spotifyd failed to launch error 21' message when launching Spotify, then there is an easy fix. Just use the official Sonos controller (on a PC/Mac or mobile) to Reauthorize your spotify account.
6. Which music services are available?
RoomTunes supports almost all music services on the Sonos system, except LastFM. This includes:
